**Job Summary:**

The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate estimates for repairs. This role will involve collaborating with coworkers and customers, analyzing damages, and utilizing industry knowledge to create an accurate estimate of repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.  Our Estimators are a critical piece of our leadership team at Moody’s. They are responsible for leading customers through the repair process with the highest level of customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all damage reports in an accurate and efficient manner. 
  • Utilize our computerized estimating system and management systems.
  • Thoroughly communicate with each customer.
  • Support and empower technicians in the repair process.
  • Review the completed vehicle with customers to verify quality and thoroughness of repair.
  • Prepare and submit all final bills and supplemental billings.
  • Maintain a work environment that demonstrates partnerships, development and innovation.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with our safety policies.

Required Experience

  • Must have three years of overall estimating experience 
  • Experience with CCC One Estimating Software Program
  • Must have good relationship building skills and leadership qualities
